smooth sailing near canada place
convenient transit excellent assistance great proximity luggage storage
i found public transit very close and convenient from the airport. the hotel's proximity to canada place made it easy to walk. i also appreciated the luggage storage provided upon checkout. they even give a cable for you to keep the luggages together.
the elevator ride was a bit shaky, it needs some maintenance.

I noticed the hotel is in a safe area, near canada place. public parking is available at a nearby parkade, just a short walk. You can easily arrange parking through the front desk when you arrive for added convenience.

The location was Central, near public transit and attractions. I found the staff very helpful with directions and local tips. The room was clean. It had a Keurig machine. A breakfast IS available.
The elevator was slow! and the wait could sometimes be long during peak hours.

convenient location and friendly staff
great location friendly staff short walk
the hotel's location is very close to many restaurants. it is also near malls and the train station. the staff was friendly and accommodating to requests. i found it convenient, as it is a short walk to get everywhere i needed.
the room needs a makeover, because it is definitely outdated. the facilities are old and worn. the rooms are a comfortable size, though.

breakfast included reasonable selection, but not super creative. you can expect the standard toast, yogurt, coffee and waffle varieties. the breakfast staff did a good job maintaining the food area and keeping the items available.

Laundry is available with coins. a fridge was provided in my room. This was very helpful. there is a business center where you can warm up your food using a microwave. there are parking opportunities too.

the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. they even upgraded me to a room with a fridge to assist. the staff was also very accommodating to my requests, which i REALLY appreciated. the service was efficient.

the location is excellent. it is a short walk to the cruise ship harbour. the front desk staff are very pleasant. the rooms are clean.

Solid Stay Near the Port

The location was near the cruise ship terminal and public transportation. I liked having breakfast included. It had enough options. A non slip mat was in the bath. The hotel stored our luggage after checkout.
The final bill differed from what I expected. I did not expect a $200 price change. Elevators was not large enough.

The location was very convenient. It was an easy walk from the waterfront train station. it was a short walk to the cruise terminal (this was very helpful).
The elevator felt small. It also seemed to have occasional maintenance issues. The breakfast selection was limited, offering few options.
