The location was near the cruise ship terminal and public transportation. I liked having breakfast included. It had enough options. A non slip mat was in the bath. The hotel stored our luggage after checkout.
The final bill differed from what I expected. I did not expect a $200 price change.

The location was very convenient. It was an easy walk from the waterfront train station. it was a short walk to the cruise terminal (this was very helpful).
It also seemed to have occasional maintenance issues. The breakfast selection was limited, offering few options.
